The Dakota 283 T1 Kennel is built to the same great standards as the rest of the Dakota 283 Kennels but with a lower profile to easily fit in the back of a pickup under a Tonneau cover. This lighter and smaller design is great for travelling in smaller vehicles as well. This model features a rear handle for easy lifting and moving.

This antimicrobial feature will provide an additional layer of protection for your pet in the form an FDA and EPA approved additive in the plastic that this kennel is made from. This will help ensure your pet doesn’t develop an infection or illness from bacteria that builds and reproduces in their kennel. Dakota Guard has been proven effective in fighting the development of MRSA, Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli, staphylococcus, many 'gram-positive' and 'gram-negative' organisms, and dozens of common dangerous organisms.
